2. Services
We provide 4 main services across Kanyakumari District:
a) Demolition Works - House, Commercial, Factory Sheds
b) Rentals - JCB Backhoe Loaders, Excavators (Mini to Heavy), Excavator Breakers (Mini to Heavy), Tipper Lorries (Mini to 16-Wheel Taurus)
c) Earth Works - Soil Removing, Soil Filling, Land Leveling
d) Materials Supply - Construction Materials (M-Sand, P-Sand, Jelly), Gravel/Red Soil/Filling Materials, Demolition Waste/Waste Soil
3. Quotations & Bookings
All services require a Same-Day Site Visit and a Written Quote Before Work Starts. No Hidden Charges. Quotations are based on site conditions, building size, access, and machinery required. Quotation validity is 7 days unless mentioned otherwise. Booking is confirmed only after advance payment and written confirmation via WhatsApp/Email.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in INR and include GST where applicable (GST: 33AALCD6066H1ZJ). Payment terms: Advance to confirm booking, balance as per work progress. For materials supply, payment is based on actual Tipper measurement. Scrap value from demolition (steel, wood, etc.) will be adjusted as per written quote. Late payments will attract 2% interest per month.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer must ensure: Clear legal ownership of property to be demolished, Necessary permissions from Panchayat/Municipality/EB/Water dept, Vacating of building, Disconnection of EB, water, gas connections before demolition, and Clear access for heavy machinery (JCB/Excavator/Taurus). Demolox is not responsible for delays due to lack of permissions or access.
6. Safety & Liability
Safety First: Engineer supervision, barricades, dust control on every site is our policy. We take maximum care to avoid damage to neighboring properties. However, customer is responsible to inform about nearby weak structures, underground cables/pipes. Demolox is not liable for any pre-existing cracks in neighboring buildings. Insurance if required, shall be arranged by customer unless included in quote.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
If customer cancels after booking, advance is non-refundable due to machinery blocking and operator allocation. If Demolox cancels due to unforeseen reasons, full advance will be refunded. No refund for materials already loaded/dispatched.
8. Machinery Rental Terms
Rental charges are based on per hour/per day as per quote. Fuel and operator provided by us unless stated otherwise. Customer must ensure safe working area. Any damage to machinery due to customer negligence will be charged extra. Rental time includes machinery reaching and leaving site.
9. Website Use
Content on http://www.demolox.com including text, images of machinery, logos is property of Demolox. You may not copy or reproduce without permission. We do not guarantee that website will be error-free, but we strive for accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Demolox's total liability is limited to the value of the service amount paid by customer. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or third-party claims.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of India. Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.
