All services including Building Demolition, Heavy Machinery Rental, Scrap Buyout, and Site Work are provided based on site inspection and written quotation. Prices quoted are valid for 7 days and may vary based on site conditions, waste volume, or extra work requested by client. 50% advance is required to confirm booking for demolition and machinery services. Balance payment must be cleared before site handover or machine release. For scrap buyout, payment is made on-spot after digital weighing. Any delay in payment may attract 2% monthly interest. GST 18% applicable on all invoices unless mentioned otherwise.

Client must provide clear site access, valid permits/approvals from local authorities, and disconnect all electricity, gas, water connections before demolition starts. DEMOLOX follows strict safety protocols with trained crew and equipment. However, client is responsible for removing all personal belongings, documents, and valuables from site before work begins. DEMOLOX is not liable for any damage to underground cables, pipes, or structures not marked by client. Work will stop immediately if unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons are found at site. Safety of neighboring properties is client’s responsibility to inform us beforehand.

Orders can be cancelled with 48 hours written notice before work starts. Cancellation within 48 hours will attract 25% cancellation charges. For machinery rental, minimum 1-day charge applies even if machine is used for fewer hours. DEMOLOX is not responsible for delays caused by weather, government restrictions, or third-party issues.
